Η Xiaomi had introduced us to a new function of replacing the sky in the photos through the application Gallery at MIUI 11 since May last year.
Όas the name suggests, this feature allowed users to replace the sky in any of their photos with a different sky type from some of the options in the app.
This feature included various filter defaults, which could give your photos a completely different look and show photos taken in different weather conditions.
A few days ago Xiaomi had added a new one video editor in Gallery MIUI 11 application in the flagship Mi 10. This new feature included a host of new features that help users edit their videos. Now, it looks like Xiaomi has combined these two features and added new video weather filters to the MIUI Gallery app.
The existence of these weather filters was discovered by XDA Develoipers member kacskrz, and exist in the application MIUI Gallery version 2.2.15.12 of the latter MIUI 11 China Developer ROM. These new filters might be called "dynamic sky filters”And will allow you to add rain or snow effects to your videos.
Ο Igor Eisberg by Xiaomi.eu managed to manually activate this new feature and share with us some videos showing what you can do with these new weather filters.
As you can see, these weather filters add a very realistic rain or snow effect to your saved videos and give them a completely different look.
Xiaomi has not revealed any information about this new feature and filters, and will apparently only be available for Xiaomi Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro after their release in their global versions. It is also worth noting that Xiaomi may add more filters before their official release.
