Η General Directorate of Consumer Protection of the General Secretariat for Trade and Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Development and Investment, after checking a number of consumer complaints, imposed on the online store of mobile devices and technology products https://www.trackstore.gr, total fine 70.000 euro, for violations of consumer protection legislation.
In particular, the infringements concerned:
- Non-delivery of ordered products despite the payment of the price.
- Non-refund of money to consumers after the cancellation of the contract.
- Providing incorrect information about the delivery time of the products.
- Misleading consumers about the company's refund commitments.
- Non-coverage of the legal guarantee.
