Μlet it take some time but we did it. So for owners of Whyred devices, we have a new Magisk module, which essentially does some "work" done by the old XTRV ROM (on devices with Android 6.0-7.0) in terms of optimizing some system functions.
But to be more specific, what does this module / add-on contain:
- Scripts to improve RAM performance.
- Scripts to improve (slightly) battery consumption.
- Scripts to improve the performance of the internal SD card (internal storage).
- Improvements to the Gps.conf file for better reception of Europe-only satellites as opposed to the default ROM settings.
- Add and improve the Sysctl.conf file to configure some kernel parameters.
- Zipalign applications when launching and re-checking / optimizing all applications every 5 days (helps applications installed outside the Play Store).
- Sqlite optimizer (reindexes and removes blank pages from all system databases for increased performance, runs every 5 days after reboot).
MOD is a creation of our coordinator BanditGR, and for it to work you must have Unlock Bootloader and have Magisk installed as Root Manager.
