Η Xiaomi is working on two new Smartphones that will be released under its Brand Redmi, and which will be cheaper than the CNY 1.000 (~ 140 $ / 125 €) currently available in Redmi 10X 4G.
Αthis information comes through Digital Chat Station, and maybe some of these devices are new redmi 9 for the Chinese market.
These two devices will reportedly use the chipsets Heliate G8x (MT6969T and MT6769V / CT) from Mediatek. If you remember correctly, the Redmi 10X 4G uses it Mediatek G85 SoC, while the upcoming Redmi 9 will be equipped with the G80, so we are on the road. Depending on the characteristics of the two devices, these may be redmi 9 and Redmi 9A (a model that has not yet been officially unveiled).
The redmi 9 has not yet appeared on Xiaomi's official website in China, even after its European debut. Of course, right now Redmi 10X makes very good sales in China, so maybe the company wants to give it some time before revealing the two new affordable models for the Chinese market.
