Xiaomi Mi 9 Explorer: Xiaomi's "supership" against the competition.

Xiaomi unveiled its new flagship, the Mi 9, yesterday, and this phone also has a transparent special edition, which will currently only be available in China.

ΉIt is already known that it will have 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, as well as a back design that shows some components under the clear glass, and has an appearance inspired by the movie Alita Battle Angel.

But obviously these are not the only differences that the device has compared to the simple Mi 9.

According to this slide that appeared in the presentation of the device, the Mi 9 Transparent version (called Mi 9 Explorer) will have a special camera with f / 1,47 aperture and a 7P lens. The 7P means that the lens will actually have 7 optical elements (usually high-tech cameras have 5P or 6P lenses), and apparently Xiaomi puts a lot of emphasis on the camera of this device.

It is not clear which of the three rear shooters he will be, but we assume (and hopefully) that he is the master - with 48 MP resolution and the Sony IMX586 sensor.

This means that the Mi 9 Transparent version will be far superior in photographic capabilities to the simple version of the Mi 9, and more than any of its competitors right now. And of course based on this data, the Mi 9 Explorer will perform much better in night shots, or in low light frames.

The device will be priced at 3.999 CNY, which currently equates to around $ 595 or € 524, and hopefully the Mi 9 Explorer will soon be available outside of the Chinese domestic market.

And of course the photos will be for the rubbish as in all Xiaomi devices. (compared to the competition). When will we understand that no matter what sensor we put in, no matter what lens we throw in front, no matter how much hype we create for a device camera, if the company's developers don't sit down and write proper code for the camera implementation, then the photos will be rotten ! Figure it out! Any sensor that goes into a mobile phone today is still tiny compared to a point and shoot camera that will cost 1/3 of the money of the mobile phone. The optics (lenses), I can't say, they're having fun trying to give a lower aperture, but guess what. The aperture is still fixed anyway and the Xiaomi almost never goes below ISO 100. I think that some devices go down to ISO 50??? But I'm probably misremembering. What does ISO 100 mean on such a small sensor? Noise even in shots with good lighting ^_^ Combination of fixed aperture with high minimum ISO limits, means that the shutter speed will pay for it. Practically this means faster shutter speeds during the day, but if we wanted a proper photo during the day, we would do well to go down to ISO 30 or I don't know how low. Next are the algorithms used to process the image. Xiaomi has neither the skills nor the passion to deliver something right in this area. (remember that Pocophone? ^_^). Not even Sony is involved here... rotten photos all their devices... But I'll give you an example for those who might think I'm talking nonsense. What's the mobile phone that doesn't have 4, not 3, hell, not even 2 lenses, but has 1 and takes the best picture in the world of smartphones (Android and Apple)? The latest Pixel model ^_^ Why? Does it have a 48MP sensor? Not even, much lower than that. Does it have a pompous aperture? Nah… simple things. Does it have 9 aperture blades or I don't know what? No! The guys at Google sat down and made a cutting-edge application! Not the Iphone, not the Galaxy S anything, not the Huawei Mate anything and definitely not the Xiaomi Mi Crap! But Google Pixel (x newer version). The funniest thing of course is that you can more or less put the Google Camera (G camera) application on your mobile phone and you will probably see from some to a big difference in photo quality when you compare it to the application on your mobile phone. Imagine! The application was not made for the hardware you are wearing, it was not programmed with your device in mind and it achieves better results! Imagine how rotten the develys of your company are who feed you hares with petrels for the camera... But enough with that. Enough! Reality check. No matter how hard the developers fight, we reach the point where it is not worth their while or they run out of ideas... So the mobile phone will forever have a medium quality photo compared even to a mid range point and shoot camera of €300. I would really like to see in the dark without noise on mobile phones like some mirrorless Sony, but we are 10 years away from that and let's be honest. In 10 years who lives and who dies...
Do not swallow what they pass you. It will be a mobile phone that will run the awful MIUI 10 or 11 and will take care to break your nerves. His photography will be mediocre to good, but nothing really remarkable. You will be able to take better photos with some 3 year olds…

Are you kidding a camera that might be mediocre to good… .the 12gb ram that you do not even find in an iphone you do not mention… nor the power that it will have from this and only this mobile, we only comment that it suits us correctly ??? to see how much they make corresponding ram for computer and rethink how much shit this mobile is, also think how easily it will raise good resolution and in general how much it will not crash due to ram
If I were making software too, if the device that used it had 12gb ram it would not crash believe me
