More information is available today about the specifications of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro, which concerns the screen and the cameras of the device.
Μafter the leaked reports earlier this week, in which we learned that the Pro version of Mi 11 will have QHD + screen with refresh rate 120Hz, today we have some more information related mainly to the screen, but also to the cameras with which the device will be equipped.
So according to the famous leakster, Digital Chat Station, the We 11 Pro is expected to be equipped with a main camera at 50MP and a telephoto lens at 12MP. On the software side, as revealed by the code you see below that exists in a Beta version of MIUI 12, the device will provide support to MEMC - a technology that we find mainly on TVs and which will upscale the FPS of the videos you watch up to 120Hz for smoother multimedia playback, but also some additional improvements to AI HDR.
Η Xiaomi seems to be working on some new features that will improve the quality of photos and videos. Utilizing it properly AI, the camera will be able to detect objects in front of the lens, and will automatically select and activate the required filter in HDR. This feature seems to be similar to what has been reported in the leaks we have seen for Oppo Find X2 Pro.
O Digital Chat Station is not entirely sure of the type of sensor behind the telephoto lens, but it could either have inherent resolution in 12 MP or be a sensor Quad Bayer in 48MP applying the binning 4-to-1.
All the above features concern its version We 11 Pro and not the basic version of the Mi 11 which is expected to be equipped with different types of cameras and more "lite" specifications.
