It is upgraded with 1,1 inch AMOLED screen, has heart rate monitoring 24/7 and has a waterproof design that is water resistant up to 5 ATMs (~ 50 meters depth).
It has built-in monitoring for 11 ways of exercising along with stress management and breathing exercises, as well as sleep monitoring.
The battery life reaches up to 2 weeks of use with a single charge. When it's time to recharge, you'll need to use the new magnetic charger included in the box.
The Mi Band 5 will be available in colors black, teal, purple, blue and orange priced at INR 2.499 (~ $ 34 / € 29), and sales in India start from 1 October.
Mi Smart Speaker
The third product presented at today's event is My Smart Speaker. It was already released in China earlier this year, but this time we see it released in India with the built-in Google Assistant with Chromecast for easy multimedia sharing on connected devices.
The speaker is made of metal and has a touch control panel located on the top of the device and is surrounded by an LED strip that illuminates it when operating.
This speaker has one woofer at 12W diameter 63,5 mm located on the front and supports the audio encoder DTS for better sound quality. There are two sensitive microphones located on the top of the device, which are able to "hear" your voice from a great distance.
Price and availability
The My Smart Speaker will be sold at INR 5.999 (~ $ 81 / € 69), but now there is an offer for a limited time with a price of INR 3.499 (~ $ 47 / € 40). Sales start on 1 October.
