The Delphi Economic Forum 2024 reserved an important piece of news for her Greek car marketuh, as well the Xiaomi SU7 will come to Greece!

His chairman Info Quest Group, the exclusive representative and distributor of its products Xiaomi in Greece Mr. Theodoros Fessas as well as the vice president Ms. Eftychia Koutsourelis, with their statements at the Delphi economic forum, confirmed the arrival of the electric sedan on the Greek market.

The Xiaomi SU7 will come to the Greek market in 2027, as announced by the most senior officials of the official importer of Xiaomi products in Greece

This is a car that literally caused a wave, as it counted 50.000 pre-orders in just 28 minutes on the day it was presented. To be able to cope with the increased demand, which admittedly is already starting to create problems, Xiaomi manufactures 40 SU7s per hour, or one every 76 seconds! A truly unimaginable and impressive number for traditional manufacturers, much less for a new brand in the automotive sector.

But when can we expect to see the Xiaomi SU7 on the Greek market?

The 2027, as revealed by its president Info Quest Group"We are very interested in this project. But for it to be done in the right way, we will have to be patient for three years." The huge demand for the model also plays a key role in this, as in the Chinese market, the expected demand for the whole of 2024 has already been exceeded.

Η Ms. Happiness Couturelthe was then placed, emphasizing how

the disposition of of Xiaomi cars in the Greek market it will be built around new services, proper technical support and a network of fast chargers that will create an integrated support ecosystem. Which to be set up properly, and with the best possible customer service in mind it will take about 3 years.

At this point let's remember how the starting price of Xiaomi SU7 is 215.900 yuan (€27.700) for the basic Standard, while the top Max variant costs 299.900 yuan (€38.500). The Xiaomi SU7 Standard and Pro they are both single-engine rear-wheel drive with 400V architecture. It Max on the other hand it is 4-wheel drive with two electric motors and 800V system, allowing for improved performance and faster charging times.

Xiaomi also differentiates three versions in battery type, With the Standard to wear a battery LFP by BYD with capacity 73,6 kWh , enough for 700 km in the optimistic Chinese test cycle.

The Pro uses her CATL's Shenxing battery with capacity 94,3 kWh, which is sufficient for 830 km. Finally, the top version is endowed with the battery CATL's Qilin, capacity 101 kWh. It's going through 800 km with one charge, since the two motors consume more energy.

Personally, I think 2027 falls far enough away. Until then, the laws will have changed and maybe, as humanity is led, they will also have an embargo (strange years we are going through). It is not possible in Greece to be behind in everything 3 years or more, how can we do it now. As for the charger network, the Greek state should force the electricity providers to cooperate and advise them who have installed chargers that do not provide a maximum charge but most of the time fluctuates at 47kw, with the result that the charging time does not correspond to the manual vehicle manufacturer. Greece 2.0 is the biggest scam (fraud) of a plan ever presented by a government. He wants to promote his ecological consciousness but puts bigger obstacles and more expensive. At least not to have the same response from the agencies and electricity providers.

The SU7 will probably not come to Greece, without that necessarily being a bad thing.
In 2027 there will obviously be newer, more sophisticated models.
The info quest with Andreas Papandreou type policies (YES YES YES), I think it will not enter the game of motoring. There are ready-made dealerships with established network and stores that could take on this part.

At worst there may be other technologies and legislation for purely autonomous driving in 27, so the SU8 will be a better choice.
