Xiaomi wins first place at the Best Brands Award in Russia.

Η Xiaomi received the award Best Brands Russia in the category "Best Growth BrandOn April 9 at Moscow.

Η Xiaomi appeared first in the category among other big names like PanasonicThe Huawei and Sony. The only other Chinese company to appear in the same category was Huawei, which came in sixth place in the ranking.

Η Xiaomi was recognized for its strong growth in 2018. The company recorded strong revenues of approximately 174,9 billion yuan ($ 26 billion), representing an annual increase of 52,6%. Its net profit for 2018 was about $ 2 billion.

This is the first event Best brand held in Russia. The award is also given annually to China , The Italy, the Belgium and France.

According to by clicking here of Best Brands, the winners are selected solely by consumers and not by a panel of judges. The winners are determined based on studies conducted by the GfK Consumer Research Institute based on the actual financial success of the market and the popularity of the brand among consumers.

The price Best brands was founded in Germany in 2004 by the Communication Team Service plan and the research company GfK. In 2019 it made its debut in Russia. The Best Brands gala in Germany is organized every year in February with more than 600 invited guests from the world of business, retail and media who attend the event.
