New Renders were released today showing one Rollable Smartphone of Xiaomi.

The latest trend, however, seems to be rolling (rollable) screens, like the ones shown to us by TCL and Oppo. This new trend is expected to follow soon Xiaomi at her own suggestion.
A patent filed by Xiaomi last year on USPTO (US Patent and Trademark Office), and it shows us what the company's vision is for a sliding screen device that extends sideways, and turns a Smartphone into a tablet.

The well-known Concept Creator from LetsGoDigital, Jermaine Smit, used the sketches filed in Xiaomi's respective patent patent to create a set of renders that better illustrate the device. We can see that this Xiaomi device has a lot in common with the original Smartphone Mi Mix Alpha .

No one knows yet if Xiaomi will eventually use the above patent, and if this device will reach the final stage of mass production. We have seen from time to time patents published by many companies, which were eventually locked in drawers.
But it is certain that Xiaomi will not be left behind the trend of the time, and in a short time it will present its own proposal to the market either with a Foldable Smartphone, or with one Rollable Smartphone.
