Xiaomi distributes the new Stable versions of MIUI 11 based on Android 10 for Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 8 Pro, Redmi K20 / Mi 9T, Mi MIX 3, Mi 9 SE, and Mi 8 SE.
Η Xiaomi, continuing the MIUI 11 upgrade program based on Android 10, a few days ago proceeded to distribute the fixed versions for some devices, such as the POCO F1, the Redmi K20 Pro/Mi 9T Pro, the Mi 9 and many others.
Now, the company has also started distributing the news MIUI Stable Versions 11 based on Android 10 for Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 8 Pro, Redmi K20 / Mi 9T, Mi MIX 3, Mi 9 SE, and Mi 8 SE.
From the above devices, only the Redmi K20 / Mi 9T receives the global stable version (Global Stable, EEA Stable) MIUI 11 ROM based on Android 10, while the rest of the devices have received the fixed version which is exclusively for the devices intended for the Chinese market.
The Redmi Note 7, on the other hand, has just received the Chinese closed BETA version which is only available to a special group of users participating in the company's Beta Testing program.
In case you want to try MIUI 11 based on Android 10 on one of the aforementioned devices, you can download the ROM from the links below, and install it on your device.
You will need to use your device Recovery to install these ROMs, however, before proceeding to Flash the above ROMs on your phone, note that these are early versions of the software, and you may experience some errors.
Usually a few days after the release of the fixed versions for China MIUI ROM, the corresponding ones come out Global and ESA ROM for all users in Europe, and it is good to wait for a notification to receive an upgrade on your device, and not to "unnecessarily" get involved with the Chinese versions.

I wanted a clarification I have the redmi Note 4x I have the last aroma steble I downloaded with miui 10. I am waiting for the miui 11. To be notified by Ota I would not have to go through any scriptaki…? And if where can I find it to download?
The device is no longer supported by the Greek community and Xiaomi.eu.
You need to put a Global Stable ROM in your device.
