RedMi 64MP: Watch the first teaser with a photo at 64MP from the company's next flagship.

H redmi in its official account at Weibo recently shared a supposed photo sample in 64 MP which seems to be amazing.

H mania with smartphones that have 48MP cameras has started from the first half of 2019. The 48MP sensor has been placed not only on flagships like the OnePlus 7 / 7 Pro and redmi k20 / K20 Pro , but also in mid-range devices such as the Realme X, the Moto One Vision, and of course the Redmi Note 7 Pro, as well as many other Smartphones from various manufacturers.

Going even further, things look even more exciting in the near future, as Samsung has already released the ISOCELL GW1 sensor which has a resolution of 64 MP. Many brands are willing to release smartphones with 64MP cameras.

Redmi, which is an autonomous Xiaomi Brand, which is expanding its product range with the premium K20 and K20 Pro, is preparing to make the first transition to the era of 64MP photography on its own Smartphone.

The company in its official account at Weibo Redmi recently shared a supposed 64MP photo sample, and as we all understand this is the first teaser for a new Smartphone that prepares with a 64MP camera sensor.

There is no evidence to suggest whether the Redmi smartphone with the 64MP camera uses the sensor Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 - which is currently the only known 64MP sensor on the market - or some other sensor.

The Samsung sensor has a pixel size of 0,8μm and supports 4-in-1 pixel binning which creates a pixel size of 1,6μm. Thus, the final photos have a real resolution of 16 MP, ie a quarter of the sensor resolution.

The prospects look exciting and surely the 64MP camera will become the new Must in the next flagships of all manufacturers, and of course Xiaomi could not be left out of that prospect.
