Today the well-known Dutch website Leadsgodigital unveiled a new patent for one new smartphone just certified by Xiaomi.
ΌAs shown in the figure above, the new device adopts a solution with a hole in the center of the top of the screen which is convex, but the curvature of the convex surface is relatively small, as well as the hole for the front Selfie camera is also very small .
At the back we see a rectangular unit with a total of four cameras mounted on it. Among the cameras located in this large Module, a periscope lens is visible at the bottom that will offer large zooms to the camera.
The rest of the cameras should have a wide-angle lens, a second super-wide-angle lens and a Tele-Macro camera with 2x optical zoom. Also on the left side of this Module, we notice the presence of a large flash that is placed vertically.
It's not yet certain if the design of this smartphone is about the upcoming Xiaomi 12, and at the moment there is not much information about the design that the device will have. What we do know, according to the rumors and leaks that have circulated so far, is that the sensor of the main rear camera will be "only" in 50MP, instead of the 100MP we saw the previous two generations have.
In terms of material, the Xiaomi Mi 12 will be the first to be equipped with the top processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 898.
The upcoming Xiaomi 12 is expected to be announced on December at an event to be held in China shortly after its completion Snapdragon Technology Summit, which will release the new SoC of the Snapdragon 8 series from Qualcomm.
