Το Mix Fold 2 is the company's second-generation foldable smartphone and comes as the successor to the Mix Fold that debuted last year, and aims to compete with the recently announced Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, OPPO Find N, Vivo Fold X and other foldable Smartphones currently on the market.

The Xiaomi MIX Fold 2" it comes with a different back design compared to its predecessor. It has a horizontal camera module on which three camera sensors are mounted lenses from Leica.
