Xiaomi seems to be ready to release the new Mi CC10, a device that will focus mainly on the performance of the camera.
Η Xiaomi presented us in 2019 the Mi CC9 series, which included the Mi CC9, Mi CC9e and Mi CC9 Pro smartphones, released in international markets as Mi Note 9 Lite, Mi A3 and Mi Note 10 respectively.
The order of Mi cc focuses mainly on the capabilities of the camera, and now we are starting to see a lot of leaks about the next generation of the series. The new smartphone that appears on the internet is called I CC10.
A few days ago we saw some leaks for the protective glass of the device, but also some of its basic specifications.
The protective case of the upcoming I CC10 has already been made available for sale on a Chinese e-commerce website called Taobao. Thanks to this listing, we are able to get some first information about the design of the upcoming device.
The posters in these cases show both the back and the front of the device. So as we see on the back of the device there will be a circular camera unit that will house a total of four cameras. This circular Module with the cameras is placed in the center and is very similar to its design OnePlus 7T.
Below this circular Module with the cameras we also see the LED of the flash.
As for the front of the device, we see that the device is equipped with a screen that does not have a Notch or hole for the Selfie camera, and this is in contrast to the previous leak of the protective glass for the I CC10. This can of course be just a marketing ploy, and the actual device may have a slot screen for the Selfie camera or a Pop-UP mechanism.
The specifications of the Mi CC10
As mentioned above, the Mi CC10 will be a device that will mainly focus on camera performance. As you know, the Mi CC9 Pro (Mi Note 10 worldwide) was the first Smartphone from the company to be equipped with a camera sensor in 108MP. Therefore, and I CC10 is expected to follow the same steps, and the device is expected to have a main sensor of at least 108 megapixels.
That being said, the main camera sensor for the Mi CC10 will be different from Samsung's previous HMX sensor used in the Mi CC9 Pro, Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro, and will feature the new upgraded HM2 sensor at 108MP to be used in the CC10. This new sensor is expected to support up to 120x digital zoom and 12x optical zoom.
The device is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 775G SoC of Qualcomm which has not been announced yet, and of course it will also support 5G networks.
