Xiaomi Mi 9: has been certified in Singapore with model number M1902F1G

The Xiaomi Mi 9 is the brand's upcoming smartphone and is rumored to feature the Snapdragon 855 SoC.

ΈAn Xiaomi smartphone with model number M1902F1G has recently been announced in the IMDA database in Singapore. Last month, the same device was certified by Taiwan NCC certification body. The certification also confirms that the model number M1902F1G is a variant of Xiaomi's upcoming Mi 9 flagship.

Last month, two other variants of the Xiaomi Mi 9, model numbers M1902F1A and M1902F1T, were spotted on China 3C certification website. This list also includes the MDY-08-ES charger, with a maximum charging speed of 27W (20V and 1.35A). The smartphone was designed by Mi Liu, who also designed the Mi 6. Other than that, Xiaomi has so far said nothing about its upcoming flagship.

As mentioned in previous leaks, the Xiaomi Mi 9 may come with an almost bezel-less screen but with a larger size than the Mi 8. In addition, it can come with a fingerprint sensor on the screen more accurately, and more improved than that used in the Mi 8 Explorer Edition and Mi 8 Pro smartphones.

According to rumors, the Mi 9 will be powered by a Snapdragon 855 (7nm) processor and will have at least 8GB of RAM (maybe even 10GB in some variants of the device), will have 6,4 inch AMOLED screen, battery 3500 mAh, triple camera with Sony IMX586 48-megapixel + 12-megapixel + 3D ToF lenses, as well as a selfie camera in front of 24MP!
