Η Xiaomi in partnership with Leica Academy in Athens organizes a series of Masterclasses photo titled "Rediscover Athenss – We discover the city in turn Xiaomi 13t"
The renowned Leica Akademie Instructors Spyros Skiadopoulos and Dimitris Papadakos will share with all of them Xiaomi fans who will participate, his secrets urban photography through a series of educational seminars as well as tours in the historical center of Athens.
The art of photography will be revealed before the eyes of the participants in a whole new way of exploration. From the archaeological sites in our city to the most scenic areas, you will discover the connection between photographic theory and practice from the experts.
The Masterclasses are open to everyone and those interested can register through the special website xiaomi13tseries.gr. Each section is small in number and priority order will be followed
The main protagonist in the Masterclasses will be the series Xiaomi 13t. Co-designed with Leica and incorporating its iconic features, the Xiaomi 13T series offers authentic Leica imaging that captures the essence of the iconic Leica experience. Equipped with an advanced performance optimization architecture, a long-life battery and a crystal-clear screen, the Xiaomi 13T series ensures excellent smartphone experiences whether it's shooting, filming or consuming content.

- 8/12 18:30 – 20:30 & 9/12 10:00 - 13:00
- 15/12 18:30 – 20:30 & 16/12 10:00 - 13:00
The theoretical sections are scheduled for Friday, while the practical part of the course will take place every Saturday.
All participants will receive a seminar attendance certificate from Leica Academy and 10% discount for participation in other seminars of the academy.
It should be noted that in case of unsuitable weather conditions, the seminars will be replaced with different dates.

- Spyros Skiadopoulos – Director Leica Akademie Greece
Spyros Skiadopoulos was born in 1949 in Zakynthos. In 1965 he left for Montreal, Canada. In 1969 he began his studies as a mechanical engineer and enrolled at Dawson College. After graduating in 1972, his political concerns led him to Concordia University where he graduated in 1975 from the Department of Political and Economic Studies. Since 1977 he has been living in Greece and is engaged in his favorite photography and is the founder and head of Leica Akademie Greece.
- Dimitris Papadakos – Leica Akademie Greece Instructor
Dimitris Papadakos is a photographer and instructor at Leica Akademie Greece. He studied photography at Leica Academy Greece from 2011 until 2013 and started his career as an assistant to a well-known fashion photographer. After three years in London, he lives and works in Athens as a photographer and photography instructor.
Xiaomi's goal is to bring the photography experience to new levels
At 23 May 2022, the strategic partnership with the company was officially announced by the company Leica Cameraa in the field of image technology. The first "fruit" of this new collaboration was the Xiaomi 12S Ultra, the first mobile designed jointly by Xiaomi and Leica. The device was released in July and marked a new era in smartphone photography.
