Today we have for the first time some images that show us what the new one will be like MIUI 12, when made available by Xiaomi.
Τin September last year, the Xiaomi presented for the first time the MIUI 11 along with the Mi Mix Alpha, Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G and a new series of it Mi TV Pro . The latest version of MIUI has introduced a new one AOD (Always On Display) with animated graphics, improved environment, and was distributed to almost all Xiaomi Smartphones, with the company constantly releasing new upgrades until the last two months.
However, towards the end of last month, the company officially stopped developing beta ROMs for MIUI 11, and this led many Chinese technology bloggers to suspect that the company was focusing on developing the next important MIUI update - the MIUI 12.
While the company has not officially confirmed these rumors so far, today some of the new features of the new environment (UI) that MIUI 12 will have have been leaked by mistake in the MIUI community forums.
For those who do not know, Xiaomi regularly uploads Beta versions of its various applications in the forums of the Chinese toy community MIUI. So, a few days ago, the company presented in the forums, an updated version of the MiSettings application. O kacskrz who is a member of the XDA Developers Forum, discovered that in the code of the MiSettings application there were a number of new configuration pages that looked radically different from those in the old MIUI 11 (see Attached screenshots).
Although we do not yet have a MIUI 12 ROM or device running MIUI 12, we believe that the new environment we see in the Beta version of MiSettings will probably be what we see in the upcoming MIUI 12 when it becomes available. . Xiaomi seems to have realized this mistake, and has since removed all new configuration pages in the latest beta version of MiSettings.
As you can see in the screenshots above, the new interface brings some major design changes to the screen refresh rate settings and gives the Focus mode a new tab with the times the screen is active.
In these new pages we see new chart styles for weekly use, and generally present a more comprehensive and beautiful environment than the old MIUI 11.
It is also worth noting that all these changes we see in the user interface are not in their final form, and there may be several changes before MIUI 12 is finally officially released.
