According to a tipster on Weibo, the Xiaomi 14Ultra will become available with 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage in its base version, but will also be offered with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage space, as well as in a version with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage space.
In addition to the above, it is interesting that it is rumored that one will also be released special edition of the device with titanium frames, which will only be available in conjunction with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage space.
This means that the "normal" version of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will not have a titanium frame. The special edition titanium version will be by about CNY 500 (~$69 or €64) more expensive than the regular version.
