Xiaomi continues to expand its product line, and almost every week the company releases several new models, offering a wide range of products that caters to almost every user.
However, regardless of what the Chinese tech giant revealed to us recently, tech enthusiasts are mainly focused on one model : the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Pro.
Although there have been many recent leaks about the phone that is expected to be released by the end of the year, we have not had any information that is somewhat "official" with a source from Xiaomi itself. But that changed when the protective cases for the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro arrived in the hands of his team Gizmochina.
Xiaomi 14 Pro case leak reveals new design details
As you may know, it has become a tradition to leak protective cases for upcoming smartphones several weeks before their official release. The main reason for this is that the mock-ups of the devices expected to be released are sent to advance case makers long before they are officially presented to consumers.
In this way, it is ensured that the users of the devices all over the world, will be able to directly the cases they want to protect their phones.
As we can see from the leaked cases, we immediately notice that the basic design that the upcoming Xiaomi 14 series will have is very similar to the Xiaomi 13 series. As always, there will be the classic full-screen design on the front of the device, while as far as the design of the back is concerned, this shows that there will be the classic camera island in the upper left corner, which is quite larger in dimensions compared to the Xiaomi 13.
In addition, we see that in the case this time there will be four cameras on the back of the device, while last year's model (Xiaomi 13) had only three cameras. Unless, of course, if in one of the four holes that the cases have, it is used for the LED Flash in conjunction with the logo Leica which should be in some conspicuous place.
These are not the only changes we will have in the cameras, since as we already mentioned above, the island that will house the cameras will occupy a larger area and is likely to be a bit thicker compared to the Xiaomi 13. Based on all the above data, we can say that we can expect to have significant changes in the camera performance of the upcoming Xiaomi 14.
In addition, its size Xiaomi 14 Pro seems to be a bit smaller than 13 Pro, and is most likely to have a flat and sharper design.
Unfortunately though, not everything seems to be positive for the Xiaomi 14 series, as both models will differ significantly in one aspect. Based on the leaked cases, we can say that the Xiaomi 14 Pro will have dual stereo speakers on the frame, while the simple version of the Xiaomi 14 will use the device's earpiece in conjunction with a bottom speaker to achieve stereo sound.
But this will definitely be a downgrade compared to the dual speakers we've seen in the company's previous models.
Unfortunately, these are all we know for now, and we have no choice but to wait for more information to leak in the near future.
