WIND Roaming PASS: Commercial launch of a new service and modification of the basic Roaming price list from 1/10/2021

Η WIND Hellas announces the commercial launch of the new roaming service WIND Roaming PASS, which will replace from 1/10/2021 the existing roaming price list for specific countries outside EU for contract subscribers.

Σspecifically, from 1/10/2021 subscribers of home and corporate programs, will be able to go to the following destinations of Zones A and B. make use of the built-in minutes, SMS and MB of their basic program.

The WIND Roaming PASS as daily billing step covers the overseas daily usage of the built-in airtime, SMS and MB and is defined as follows:

• € 12,90 / daily use for Zone A.
• € 18,90 / daily use for Zone B.

Albania, Switzerland, USA, Israel, Canada, Isle of Man, Turkey

Zone B.
Armenia, Australia, Northern Macedonia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, UK Emirates, Kazakhstan, Qatar, China, Kosovo, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Montenegro, Mongolia, Moldova, New Zealand, Faroe Islands, Palestine, Ukraine, Russia, Serbia, Taiwan, Jersey

Clarifications:

1. The WIND Roaming PASS, applies to home and corporate contract subscribers, whose program includes integrated talk time to all networks, SMS and MB.
2. Activation as a billing step is done automatically with the first chargeable roaming movement (incoming or outgoing calls to Greece or to the country where the subscriber is, SMS and data) and covers the use that will take place until 24:00 (Greek time) of the activation day.
3. There is a Fair Use Policy with a daily consumption limit of 500 minutes of talk time for outgoing (to Greece and to the country where the subscriber is) and incoming calls, 100 SMS and 500 MB. After the consumption of the daily limit or the consumption of the integrated airtime and the SMS of the subscriber package, in case during the roaming the integrated use falls short of the above limits, charges will apply based on the renewed roaming price list, listed below. Accordingly, after consuming the daily limit or the embedded MB of the subscriber program, the data traffic will be deactivated to protect the subscriber from unintentional charges and will be reactivated after activating the available data extension package. Roaming Daily Data Extension in order for the subscriber to have complete control over the movement of his account.
4. The available talk minutes are consumed by the subscriber's basic program and are valid for outgoing calls to Greece and the country where the subscriber is, as well as for incoming roaming calls. The charging step is specified per minute. The service does not consume minutes of additional services or offers.
5. The available SMS are consumed by the basic program of the subscriber. Respectively, within the service, the SMS are not consumed by additional services or offers. The use of embedded SMS also excludes SMS to value-added services.
6. Available MB is consumed by the subscriber base program per byte. MBs from additional services or offers are also not included.
7. The above mentioned charges of WIND Roaming PASS include VAT 24%. An additional fee of mobile subscribers of 12% or 15% or 18% or 20% is applied depending on the amount of the monthly bill (before VAT).

Roaming Daily Data Extension Packages

In addition to WIND Roaming PASSThe WIND Hellas introduces the following Data Extension Packages to ensure that its subscribers have complete control over their account traffic while roaming. In particular, after the exhaustion of the data provided under WIND Roaming PASS, the subscriber can activate the following packages:

Clarifications for data expansion packages:

1. The integrated use is valid until 24:00 (Greek time) of the activation day.
2. The embedded MB of packets are consumed per byte and are valid for data traffic while roaming in the countries of the activation zone.
3. The above charges include VAT 24%. An additional fee of mobile subscribers of 12% or 15% or 18% or 20% is applied depending on the amount of the monthly bill (before VAT).

New Price List of Roaming Charges

Η WIND Hellas proceeds to modify the basic Roaming price list, with new simplified charges and unification of the zones between basic charges and roaming packages.

Charges for EU Zone countries

Outgoing call minutes charges, from EU & United Kingdom

Clarifications:

2. Incoming calls within the EU and the UK is free.
3. Video calls, as well as all other voice services, are charged based on the table above.
4. All calls to value-added services, maritime and satellite calls are charged according to Zone charges.

SMS & MMS charges from EU & United Kingdom

It is clarified that the charge price per SMS to the rest of the world increases from 0,521 to € 1,00. Other charges to Greece / EU & UK remain as they are.

Cancel Wind Roamer and Roaming GPRS Bundle RoW roaming packages

Finally, it is announced that the commercial distribution of roaming packages will stop Wind Roamer and Roaming GPRS Bundle RoW.



H WIND Hellas reserves the right to modify and / or terminate all commercially available roaming packages, as well as to modify the relevant terms that govern them, following the appropriate process of informing subscribers, as defined by the current legislation and the regulatory framework of EETT.

Existing subscribers, if affected, have the right to terminate their contract without compensation whenever they become aware of the above modifications up to two (2) months, if a monthly billing cycle is followed or three (3) months, if a bi-monthly billing cycle is followed, by their entry into force. The results of the termination come no earlier than the previous day from the day of activation of the new invoices.
