Η WIND HELLAS Telecommunications SA. announces for prepaid subscribers F2G new packages that fully release speech to all networks and at the same time meet their increased need for data usage in an easy and direct way.
Εalso announces for subscribers F2G and Q the enhancement and / or expansion of bonus services as well as the modification of prepaid pricing policies.
From February 3 2022 the new packages are commercially available Unlimited Talk Plus and Unlimited Talk Max for new and existing subscribers F2G, offering Unlimited speech to all networks without restrictions and even more Data & SMS. Specifically:
- The package Talk2All & Data Plus was renamed to Unlimited Talk Plus and is strengthened, as it will now offer Unlimited minutes of talk time to all mobile and fixed networks in Greece, 2GB mobile internet and 200 sms to all networks with the same activation cost worth € 12,9 and duration 30 days.
- The package Talk2All & Data Max was renamed to Unlimited Talk Max and is strengthened, as it will now offer Unlimited minutes of talk time to all mobile and fixed networks in Greece, 4GB mobile internet and 400 sms to all networks with the same activation cost worth € 17,5 and duration 30 days.
- In addition, as of February 3, 2022, it is commercially available through myF2G App & myF2G.gr, the new Data # 5 package that offers 5GB and 200 minutes of talk time to all mobile and fixed networks in Greece with an activation cost of € 12,9 and a duration of 30 days.
In addition, it is announced that the following F2G bonus schemes are extended and / or enhanced until 30/4/2022:
- Bonus 5GB free with duration 7 days, during the first new entry in myF2Gapp and if there has been a renewal in the last 60 days.
- The Tap & Get It bonus scheme is enhanced as follows with effect from 14/3/2022 to 30/4/2022:
- For renewals from 12 € -14 €, subscribers will be able to choose a free bonus of 600MB for 15 days or 1GB for 7 days, instead of 300MB for 15 days or 500MB for 7 days. The 1GB option will not be available for 3 days.
- For renewals from 15 € -19 €, subscribers will be able to choose free bonus 2GB for 15 days or 2,5GB for 7 days, instead of 500MB for 15 days or 1GB for 7 days. The 1,5GB option will not be available for 3 days.
- For renewals from € 20, subscribers will be able to choose a free bonus of 2GB for 30 days or 2,5GB for 15 days, instead of 1GB for 15 days or 1,5GB for 7 days. The 2GB option will not be available for 3 days.
- Subscribers can activate their bonus through the MyF2G App, up to 7 days after their renewal.
It is announced that the following services for F2G subscribers will not be available for new activations in the service from 14/3/2022:
- Magic Numbers, where every month with airtime renewal, 1500 minutes are assigned to three WIND / Q numbers of their choice.
- The More package worth € 3, available at myF2G App & myF2G.gr up to 15 days after activating a package worth € 10,40, which offers 200 minutes of talk time and 100 SMS to all national mobile and fixed networks in Greece and 200MB with a duration of 15 days.
- It is also announced the abolition of the following non-commercially available services for F2G subscribers from 14/3/2022:
- The non-commercially available Renewal Bonus, where free unlimited minutes are given to WIND / Q subscribers with a duration of 30 days for renewals from € 10 and over.
- The non-commercially available Renewal Bonus, where 100MB or 20 minutes are given for free to all national mobile and fixed networks in Greece with a duration of 30 days for renewals from € 10 and up.
- The non-commercially available Buy More that offers 120 free minutes to all national mobile and fixed networks in Greece lasting 30 days every month for F2G & Q subscribers, or free 1GB mobile internet lasting 30 days every month for '' SimpleFi on the Go with '' card subscribers, who have combined their prepaid card with at least 1 fixed or mobile contract connection.
- The non-commercially available Free2Surf Bonus, in the context of which 500MB are given free of charge for renewals from € 10 to € 19 or 1,5GB for renewals from € 20
Finally, it is announced that from 14/03/2022, the minimum value of online renewal for F2G & Q prepaid subscribers will be € 12.
H WIND reserves the right to modify and / or terminate or revoke all the above commercially available packages / offers and / or to change the relevant terms and / or modify the above offers, following the appropriate procedure of informing the subscribers, as defined by the current legislation and the regulatory framework of EETT.
Subscribers of the above programs, if affected, have the right to terminate their contract free of charge from the publication of this announcement and for a (1 month from their entry into force. In case of termination, its results occur no earlier than the previous day from the day of activation of the new invoices, unless it is submitted after their entry into force.
If the subscriber of the prepaid telephony services objects to the modification of tariffs according to the above, he can submit a relevant request to the Company in order to be returned within thirty (30) days the remaining balance on the card. Prerequisite, the subscriber user of prepaid telephony services has made a purchase of the package / service which is affected by the time of this announcement.
