Also, you can change your training style without stopping to record the workout. New heart rate zones will be added to monitor the intensity of your workout at all times and alerts will be displayed regarding your heart rate, intensity, heart rate, gait, etc. to help you improve your performance.
Especially for runners there will be measurements for the opening of the step, the time of contact of the foot on the ground and the swing per step, which you will be able to watch in the summary Fitness app and Health app. In addition, those who often run the same routes will be able to compete with their "ghost" by receiving alerts depending on whether they are ahead or behind compared to the last time.
The Apple Watch with Watch 9 will fully monitor the user during sleep by providing detailed information on the different conditions (Deep, REM etc.) receiving signals from the accelerometer and heart rate sensor. These measurements will be displayed in detail in the application Sleep after the user wakes up.
In case a user has been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (AFib) will be able to see the AFib History to receive information about signs that could be related to his illness. This feature has been approved by the FDA in the US.
Apple also pays special attention to its monitoring medication enabling users to create a list of medications and supplements they take regularly throughout the day, set reminders and view useful information about them in the Health app. This information lists the possible side effects and combinations that should be avoided (eg some antibiotic with alcohol).
The Watch 9 will be launched in the fall at all Apple Watch from Series 4 onwards.
