Η VODAFONE PANAFON SA, in order to meet the growing needs of its subscribers for communication, announces the availability of new ones and the expansion of existing options at cheaper prices.
In particular, it is announced:
Part A:
Reduction by 1 € of the price of prepaid packages, Giga Week and Giga Nights from 28/01/2022, which will provide all new and existing subscribers:
- Vodafone CU, Vodafone Cards, Vodafone International & Taza: Giga Week: 3GB for 7 days with 4 €
- Vodafone CU & Vodafone Cards: Giga Nights: 11GB for 30 days with 6 €
Reduction by 1 € of the price of the Giga Weekend package from 15/02/2022, and extending its period of use beyond the weekend. Specifically, the Giga Weekend package will offer all new and existing subscribers Vodafone CU, Vodafone Prepaid, Vodafone International & Taza, 4GB for 2 any days of their choice from the moment of activation, with only 2 €.
Availability of a new internet package that will provide 1GB for 6 hours with 0,5 € from 15 / 2 / 2022. The package will be available to all new and existing Vodafone CU, Vodafone Prepaid, Vodafone International & Taza subscribers.
New Shake option available from 15 / 03 / 2022, the Shake that offers free internet at every renewal of airtime in the prepaid, will be enriched with an additional feature per renewal mode, for the new and existing subscribers of Vodafone CU, Vodafone Prepaid, Vodafone International. In particular, Vodafone CU subscribers will be able to choose the offer they want in each airtime renewal they make, from the following options:
- Renew through Vodafone store or with renewal card from retail store:
- Gift 600MB for 30 days (existing offer)
- Gift 1GB for 7 days (existing offer)
- 1GB for 30 days with 1 € (new offer)
- Renewal through My CU App or vodafonecu.gr
- Gift 1,2GB for 30 days (existing offer)
- Gift 2GB for 7 days (existing offer)
- 2GB for 30 days with 1 € (new offer)
Vodafone Prepaid, Vodafone International subscribers will be able to choose the offer they want in each airtime renewal they make, from the following options:
- Gift 500MB for 30 days
- With 1€, the subscriber wins one of the following:
- 3GB for 7 days
- 2GB for 10 days
- 1GB for 15 days
The offer that the subscriber wins by paying 1 € is random and appears immediately to the subscriber.
Subscribers can activate Shake through My Vodafone App, My CU App and choose any of the available offers they want.
Part B:
Also, the Vodafone Panafon AEETT announces the following tariff changes:
- From 01/02/2022 the following commercially available packages are removed:
- for all existing and new customers with active student offer on Vodafone CU prepaid mobile, the CU Xclusive 7 student package that provides 1000 minutes to all national mobile and fixed networks and 600MB for 30 days with 7 €.
- for all existing and new Vodafone CU prepaid customers, Vodafone Prepaid, Vodafone International & Taza, the Voice & Social 15D & Voice & Video 15D packages that offer 500 minutes to everyone + the Social & Chat Pass for 15 days with 8,5 € and 500 minutes to everyone + the Video & Music Pass for 15 days with 8,5 € respectively
Subscribers who have activated or will activate the above packages up to 1η February 2022, will continue to use the packages with the existing benefits until their expiration or until the exhaustion of their benefits.
We remind you that in the context of providing even more minutes of speech and MBs to students, they are commercially available already 22 November 2021, the new packages CU XCLUSIVE 12 & CU XCLUSIVE 17.5 exclusively for students. The CU XCLUSIVE 12, Provides 1400 minutes to all national mobile and fixed networks, 1400 SMS to all mobile networks and 2600MB for 30 days with 12 €. The CU XCLUSIVE 17.5, provides 1400 minutes to all national mobile and fixed networks, 1400 SMS to all mobile networks and 4200MB for 30 days with € 17,5. CU XCLUSIVE 12 & CU XCLUSIVE 17.5 are available to all new and existing subscribers who have the active student offer on the Vodafone CU prepaid card.
- From 01/02/2022 the renewal value of € 10 is abolished through vodafonecu.gr, vodafone.gr, My CU App, My Vodafone App and My TAZA App.
- From 3/3/2022 the Internet service is abolished All day and until 3/6/2022, a special offer will be valid for the subscribers of Vodafone Prepaid, Vodafone CU, Vodafone International, Olympiakos Prepaid and Taza mobile, according to which the charge after consuming the integrated benefits will be 2 € for unlimited minutes to fixed and mobile and for Unlimited Data (for use from the first call or the first data session until 4 p.m.).
- From 4/6/2022, the charge for calls will change to € 2 for unlimited minutes of calls to landlines and mobiles for one day. Respectively, the charge for data use is also set at € 2 (from € 0,20 / MB) for Unlimited Data (for use from the first call or the first data session until 4am).
All the above package and offer prices include VAT 24%.
Pursuant to the above changes, the affected prepaid subscribers have the right to terminate their contract free of charge, within one month from the date of application of the changes.

80% of the press release talks about reductions, and yet the title of the article mentions increases. I wonder if you read the bulletins before uploading them with an "impressive" title.
If you have Vodafone and read what the announcement says, you will immediately understand that these are increases in the minimum package prices.
From 10 euros the minimum package price goes to 12 euros .. and therefore practically the minimum renewal will become 15 reasons for withholding VAT.
