The company VODAFONE PANAFON SA announces the following changes:
A. Removal of Non-Commercially Available Contract Plans for Professionals.
From 01/06/23, the following non-commercially available Professional Contract plans are being discontinued. Existing subscribers to these plans will be transferred, without any further action on their part, to corresponding commercially available plans.
More specifically, subscribers will be moved as described below:
- From the program Business Passport NET Home with a fixed nominal price of €41,25, in the program Business NET Home with the same nominal asset value.
- From the program Business Passport NET Lite with a fixed nominal price of €46,16, in the program Business NET Lite with the same nominal asset value.
- From the program Business Passport NET 1 with a fixed nominal price of €55, in the program Business NET 1 with the same nominal asset value.
- From the program Business Passport NET 2 with a fixed nominal price of €71,73, in the program Business NET 2 with the same nominal asset value.
- From the program Business Passport NET 3 with a fixed nominal price of €90,87, in the program Business NET 3 with the same nominal asset value.
- From the program Business Passport NET 4 with a fixed nominal price of €113,83, in the program Business NET Platinum with a nominal asset price of €177,12.
- From the program Business Passport NET Platinum with a fixed nominal price of €177,12, in the program Business NET Platinum with the same nominal asset value.
- From the program Business Talk 1500 with a nominal value of €29,46, in the program Business NET 1 with a nominal asset value of €55.
Subscribers to the above programs will receive personalized information.
Β. Tariff Changes for Professional Contract Subscribers with effect from 01/07/23
The charge for calls to national landline & mobile after consumption of built-in airtime for commercially available My Business, My Business RED, My Business Red Pass and Flexible Professional plans as well as for all non-commercially available professional plans, varies from €0,97 at €1,03/minute, for non-commercially available Business Pass RED plans and commercially available Business RED plans is changed from €0,87 into a €0,92/minute, for the non-commercially available programs in the "Professional" category, the professional programs Basic App. and Basic Emp.+Stat. as well as the Military varies from €0,65 into a €0,69/minute, thin.
Right of termination: The modifications concerning the nominal prices of fixed assets, have as the date of application - for each subscriber - the corresponding date of monthly invoicing of his connection & only if the certain duration of the time of his contract has passed.
After the end of the fixed term of the contract, the fixed charge of the new program will be applied based on the company's Price List (https://www.vodafone.gr/business/timokatalogoi/).
Due to the above changes, existing subscribers (of points A & B) who are affected have the right to terminate their contract free of charge (excluding any equipment or device subsidies), at any time & up to two (2) months from the date of application of the amendments, under condition that the results of the termination occur no earlier than the day before the date of application of the new tariffs.
Notes:
1. The minimum billing period & call & data volume billing step remain unchanged.
2. All above mentioned charges include VAT 24% & Mobile Tax 10% (where applicable).
