PART I – VODAFONE FIXED PROFESSIONAL SUBSCRIBERS
A. New data expansion pack available for programs ONENET LTE
From 5/11/2023, for all professional contract plans Vodafone One Net Office/Business/Enterprise and Vodafone One Net with 1/2/4/6/8 voice channels, the new data expansion package will be available Vodafone One Net LTE which offers unlimited data for a fee of €5/month. Detailed information and conditions here.
B. Tariff changes for Professional fixed telephony subscribers
B1. From 1/12/2023, on all professional contract plans Vodafone One Net Office/Business/Enterprise, Vodafone One Net with 1/2/4/6/8 voice channels, the charge for calls to national mobiles after consuming the built-in airtime varies from €0,30 into a €0,39/minute.
In addition, the voice charge of international calls is structured as follows:
- for calls to Landline in Zone 2 from
0,2734 € / minuteinto a 0,3554 € / minute - for calls to Mobiles in Zone 2 from
0,4062 € / minuteinto a 0,5281 € / minute - to Stable in Zone 3 from
0,2812 € / minuteinto a 0,3656 € / minute - to Mobiles in Zone 3 from
0,4453 € / minuteinto a 0,5789 € / minute - for Zone 4 from
0,8593 € / minuteinto a 1,1171 € / minute - for Zone 5 from
1,0312 € / minuteinto a 1,3405 € / minute - for Zone 6 from
€1,4140/minuteinto a 1,8382 € / minute - for Zone 7 from
€2,0936/minuteinto a €2,7217/minute. - In addition, the international calls to Albania are transferred from Zone 2 to a new Zone 2A with a charge for calls to Fixed €0,79/minute and to Mobile €0,91/minute.
B2. From 1/12/2023, in all professional fixed contract plans Vodafone Business Connect 1/2/2 Flexible, the charge for calls to national mobiles after using up the built-in airtime varies from €0,26 into a €0,39/minute.
In addition, the voice charge of international calls is structured as follows:
- for calls to Landline in Zone 2 from
0,2801 € / minuteinto a 0,3641 € / minute - for calls to Mobiles in Zone 2 from
0,4494 € / minuteinto a 0,5843 € / minute - for Zone 3 from
0,7617 € / minuteinto a 0,9903 € / minute - for Zone 4 from
0,8435 € / minuteinto a 1,0966 € / minute - for Zone 5 from
1,2512 € / minuteinto a 1,6265 € / minute - and for Zone 6 from
2,4738 € / minuteinto a 3,2159 € / minute. - In addition, the international calls to Albania are transferred from Zone 1 to a new Zone 2A with a charge for calls to Fixed €0,79/minute and to Mobile €0,91/minute.
B3. From 1/12/2023, the face value of the assets of the plans for Professionals Vodafone New Fixed 1000+60, New Fixed 2000 International+60, New Fixed 3000 International+60, New Fixed 3000+60, Fixed 600, Fixed 1000, New Fixed 1000 International+60, New Fixed 2000+60 increases by € 2,25.
C. Amendment of a contract term - Article "CHARGES - METHOD OF PAYMENT» of the OneNet General Terms of Service
In order to enrich those already provided for in the activation application, in particular with regard to the point "Time period of validity (B): By 13th month until the end of the contract", for subscribers who have entered into a contract (new or renewed) during the period from 29/1/2023 until 24/9/2023 which includes the above point, the term 11.17 of Article 8 «Charges - Method of Payment» is replaced by the following:
In the event of an increase according to the Application to the final price of the monthly fixed within the specified time of the contract, it is formed taking into account the annual investment of the network and inflation and will not exceed €1,50 per month (with VAT and mobile tax). The exact amount of the surcharge, which will be incorporated into the monthly flat rate in the 13th month from the start of the contract, will be communicated via SMS to the Subscriber before its integration. The Subscriber accepts that the above notification is of an informative nature and does not constitute a modification of the price list in accordance with paragraph 11.2.
In particular for combined service discounts and/or additional free benefits, it is clarified that the condition compatibility check takes place after the activation of the services. The further discount is awarded throughout the period of fulfillment of the required conditions as defined by the VODAFONE and have been posted on its website, otherwise they are deactivated without prior notification to the Customer.
After the end of the minimum duration of the contract, the prices specified in the official price list of VODAFONE.
PART II – PROFESSIONAL VODAFONE MOBILE CONTRACT AND CARD PROGRAM SUBSCRIBERS
A. On all professional mobile contract plans, commercially available & non-commercially available, after consumption of the available plan benefits, the charge for Internet usage increases from €0,12/MB into a €0,13/MB as long as no additional Mobile Internet package has been activated.
B. In all professional mobile contract plans, commercial & non-commercial, the charge for listening to personal voicemail messages (call to short code 121) is set by €1,1 into a €1,21 per call.
C. In the following professional mobile plans My Business, My Business Red, My Business Red Pass, Flexible Business, Business Talk, Corporate Card Programs 1,2,3,7,350, Business Pass Red & Business RED after consuming the available benefits of the plan, the charge for sending SMS changes from €0,39/SMS into a €0,42/SMS, as long as no additional SMS package has been activated.
D. The voice charge of international calls for all mobile contract plans for professionals, commercial and non-commercial, with the exception of Vodafone Black, is structured as follows:
- for Zone 1 (European countries) from
0,92 € / minuteinto a 1,01 € / minute - for Zone 2 (America, Australia and New Zealand) from
1,09 € / minuteinto a 1,20 € / minute - for Zone 3 (Asia) from
1,68 € / minuteinto a 1,84 € / minute - for Zone 4 (Africa) from
2,57 € / minuteinto a 2,83 € / minute - and for Zone 5 (Pacific Ocean Islands) from
3,71 € / minuteinto a €4,08/minute.
E. In all postpaid and postpaid mobile plans for professionals, commercial and non-commercial, the charge for sending MMS to national & international networks varies from €0,99/MMS into a €1,09/MMS.
F1. The voice charge of international calls for all mobile contract plans for individuals, commercially available and not, is structured as follows:
- for Zone 2 (America, Australia and New Zealand) from
1,331 € / minuteinto a 1,464 € / minute - for Zone 3 (Asia) from
2,002 € / minuteinto a 2,202 € / minute - for Zone 4 (Africa) from
2,970 € / minuteinto a 3,267 € / minute - and for zone 5 (Pacific Ocean Islands) from
3,993 € / minuteinto a 4,392 € / minute.
F2. The voice charge of international calls for all mobile card plans for individuals, commercially available and not, is structured as follows:
- for Zone 2 (America, Australia and New Zealand) from
1,331 € / minuteinto a 1,464 € / minute - for Zone 3 (Asia) from
2,002 € / minuteinto a 2,202 € / minute - for Zone 4 (Africa) from
2,970 € / minuteinto a 3,267 € / minute - and for zone 5 (Pacific Islands) from
3,993 € / minuteinto a €4,392/minute.
G. whereas, Changes to Vodafone Home Telephony Plans for Individuals and Professionals.
The nominal value of the assets of the programs Vodafone Home telephony basic 1/2/3, Fixed 330 Greece & Abroad, Prepaid time 500, Vodafone Home telephony for the holiday home, increases by € 2,25.
OR. Change in charge 13830 of Vodafone Private Subscriber Service with effect from 01/12/2023.
It increases the cost of calling to 13830– private Vodafone subscriber service from 0,266€ into a 0,321€ per call from the first minute onwards. The service to corporate customers continues and has been carried out exclusively since 1399 without changes.
Th. Change in roaming charges
The daily fee for the service Vodafone Pay Everywhere in Zone B, for all contract subscribers, individuals and professionals, increases from: 13,50/day into a €14,50/day. In addition the countries Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Guernsey, Kosovo, Belarus, Montenegro. Moldova, Faroe Islands, Isle of Man, Ukraine, Serbia and Jersey they are transferred from Zone B to Zone A. The other characteristics of the service are not changed.
I. Removal of Non-Commercially Available Contract Plans for Individuals and Professionals:
From 01/12/2023, the following non-commercially available programs are removed. Existing subscribers of these plans will be transferred, without any further action on their part, to commercially available plans with upgraded service benefits as follows:
- Vodafone To all 200 (TAB) plan subscribers with (hereinafter "on.t.p.")
37,76€and Vodafone To all 400 (TAM) with ext.50,85€will be transferred to Vodafone RED 5GB, with 49,69€. - Subscribers of the Vodafone To all 700 (TAH) plans with ext.
61,84€, Vodafone RED1 old (ADVB) with no.84,68€, Vodafone RED1 (ADVBN) with no.90,17€, New Vodafone RED1 (RED1) with92,37€, will be transferred to Vodafone RED 10GB, with 63,55€. - Subscribers of the Vodafone RED Unlimited Surf (HAP1) program with
67,52€, will be transferred to Vodafone RED Unlimited New with on.t.p. 85,25€.
The final fixed price of fixed-term contract subscribers is not affected.
Right of termination:
The amendments concerning the nominal prices of fixed assets, have as the date of application – for each subscriber – the corresponding monthly billing date of his connection after the date indicated for each service and only if the certain duration of his contract has passed.
Due to the above changes, existing professional subscribers (Fixed and Mobile) who are affected have the right to terminate their contract free of charge (excluding any equipment or device subsidies), at any time & up to two (2) months from the date of application of the amendments, provided that the results of the denunciation occur no earlier than the day before the date of application of the new tariffs.
Notes:
1. The minimum billing period & call & data volume billing step remain unchanged.
2. All above mentioned charges include VAT 24% & landline tax 5% or mobile 10% (where applicable).
