Η Xiaomi and Huami celebrate the 4 years of their collaboration today and mark this day with the release in China of special edition Amazfit GTR for women.
Η special edition of Amazfit GTR 42mm has a beautiful and elegant appearance, combined with an affordable price of 999 yuan ($ 141). The smartwatch is suitable for women as a lot of attention has been paid to the Styling and the "dressing" of the device with Austrian zirconium.
In terms of features, the special edition Amazfit GTR smartwatch is not much different from the recently released regular version. The main difference is the bright color with which the frame and the round stripes are coated. The frame is upholstered in rose gold, while the rims and the leather strap are coated in white.
The bezel around the screen is also decorated with 60 Austrian zirconium rhombuses that give it a feminine look.
Apart from all this, the other features of the watch remain the same as the regular version. As a reminder, the Amazfit GTR 42mm series is equipped with a colorful 1,20-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 390 × 390. The screen is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 with a coating of anti-fingerprint (AF).
In terms of features, it supports phone calls, text messages, emails, calendar, Social Media applications and many info reminders. Smartwatch also works fully with all Smartphones for complete control and music playback.
The watch also supports contactless payments, as it is equipped with a built-in NFC chip. It can also be used to unlock the smart door lock and other non-contact services, such as the bus card (features of course only available in China).
In terms of battery life, in normal use, the Amazfit GTR 42mm lasts for 12 days, while in Stand-by Mode it can last up to 34 days, and you can have a range of 22 hours if the GPS is running continuously. The watch is also available in a 47 mm version with a larger 1,39 inch screen and a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels.
