This photo you see below appeared in Weibo (Chinese social network) and is not very very clean. However, you can recognize the large Module on the back of the device that will host the cameras.
There will be a total of four camera sensors mounted on it, including a periscope lens not found in the single version of the Mi 11 released a few weeks ago in China.
