Η Samsung after 4 years decided to end support with upgrades to Galaxy S8 and S8 +

ΗSamsung proves in practice how much supports its products and after first day of release as he invests heavily in future security (or not) updates of a device.

In fact, the after sales support reaches levels that even Google does not reach its own Pixel phones, so it is indicative of the above that after 4 years the Korean company decided to end support at Galaxy S8 and S8 +!

Now, as it became known, the admirals that made their debut April 2017 will not be on the list of devices that will receive security updates, although S8 Active and S8 Lite will continue to be supported normally.

As is well known, support for the models that have completed it their life cycle does not last forever, however Samsung seems to honors (and with the above) the users who they prefer, as she is the only one who does so good support in its mobile products after so long since their initial release.

At this stage, they are going to receive their latest updates as well S9 and S9 +, unlike the S10s that still receive security updates at almost monthly basis.
