The Redmi 7A just got the latest one firmware upgrade, which brings several improvements to the camera part such as the portrait mode and Ai scene detection.
Η version 10.2.7.0 MIUI also comes with the July security patch.
The new portrait mode works on both the 5MP Selfie camera and the 12MP Sony IMX486 main sensor on the back of the device. Ai Scene Detection includes 33 categories divided into 5 profiles such as environment, scene, plants, lifestyle and six specific functions for India.
Apart from this the new firmware also brings some stability fixes.
The update has already started to be distributed, but this will be done gradually by region and it may take a while for the notification to appear on your device.
