Xiaomi Vice President and CEO for India Manu Kumar Jain revealed in a tweet that the new Redmi Y3 phone is coming.
ΟSome indications from the tweet he made indicate that he is hinting at the upcoming Y series smartphone he is leading, and focuses on his message on the 32-megapixel Selfie camera that the new smartphone will have, perhaps with the name Redmi Y3.
Specifically in the tweet made by Jain, he claimed that he has taken 32 selfies with the new smartphone. Yesterday, the president of Redmi for China, had also mentioned to Redmi fans, that the company plans to release a phone with a Selfie camera at 32 megapixels. Therefore, it seems that the Redmi Y3 could be the first smartphone from the company with a 32-megapixel selfie camera. This particular smartphone may make its appearance in the Chinese market as the Redmi S3 and will replace last year's RedMi S2.
