The Redmi Pro 2 will feature a pop-up Selfie camera mounted in the center of the device - similar to that of the Oppo F11 Pro.
ΜA live photo of the upcoming Redmi Pro 2 has been leaked and posted on Weibo China, giving us a clear picture of a pop-up camera and a three-sensor camera on the back.
There is no other information about this photo, but the presence of a pop-up selfie camera is definitely interesting. The Redmi Pro 2 is expected to be the next smartphone from Redmi, Xiaomi's subsidiary.
The photo was posted by a Weibo user who did not name the device. The user, however, confirmed that the device will be powered by Qualcomm's flagship Snapdragon 855 chipset. The phone is also said to have triple cameras on the back, and this is clearly visible in the image.
Perhaps the biggest lead of the expected Redmi flagship will be an emerging camera. As shown in the picture, the Redmi Pro 2 will have a pop-up selfie camera mounted in the center - similar to that of the Oppo F11 Pro. This is the first time Xiaomi will release a phone with a pop-up camera.
Until now, Oppo and Vivo have launched some smartphones with a pop-up selfie camera, while some rumors suggest that Samsung is also planning to launch a new mid-range phone, which will likely be called the Galaxy A90, with a pop-up selfie camera. The release of which is supposed to happen next week in Thailand.
