So with Redmi Note 9 one is expected 5G version of which features have leaked to the internet. More specifically, the famous leakster, Digital Chat Station, posted on Weibo a poster that reveals the features of the smartphone.
Ο Digital Chat Station did not make any mention of the smartphone name however a little later a Tweet from him Sudhanshu Ambhore reveals that the phone will be called "Redmi Note 9 5G".
As per Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi will soon launch the 5G version of Redmi Note 9 series in China with the following specs:

The Redmi Note 9 5G will have LCD screen of unknown size which will have a refresh rate 120Hz. Inside will be hidden Snapdragon 765G while the battery will have capacity 5000mAh and 33w fast charge. In the field of camera there will be a quadruple layout with a main camera on 48MP.
At the moment there is no information about the release date of the smartphone as well as its price.
