If you're looking forward to getting your hands on the upcoming Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro, you probably won't have to wait too long.
ΣAccording to a social media post by Lu Weibing - general manager of the Redmi brand and Xiaomi vice president - it will be released a few days after the Xiaomi Mi 9.
We know for sure that the Xiaomi Mi 9 will be launched on February 20, 2019 (the same date as the Samsung Galaxy S10). With that in mind, the Redmi people decided to release the Redmi Note 7 Pro in March or early April at the latest.
We do not know much about the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro such as specifications, prices, countries that will be released, etc. However, we suspect that it will include a high standard camera, since the Redmi Note 7 has an impressive dual camera 48MP + 5MP at the back. We can also assume that the device will be launched first in China and immediately after in India. Beyond that, however, we can not say anything more.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a 6,3-inch screen with a resolution of 2.340 x 1.080 pixels. The Redmi Note 7 is powered by a Snapdragon 660 processor, up to 6GB of RAM and a 4.000mAh battery. Xiaomi's MIUI 10 with Android 9 Pie is also running. We can assume that the Pro version will have at least the same or even better specifications.
Until then, we expect to know more information about the Redmi Note 7 Pro version.
