Η Xiaomi released the Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro at an event in China on May 28, and according to an official announcement the duo will be released in India in July.
Τhour, the company released the kernel code (Kernel) based on Android Pie for Redmi K20 Pro (codenamed 'raphael'). In addition to the Redmi K20 Pro, Xiaomi has also released the Kernel-based Android Pie for My 9 (code name "cepheus") and Mi MIX 3 5G (code name "andromeda").
The Redmi K20 Pro has a 6,39 inch Full HD + AMOLED screen with a screen ratio of 91,9% and is powered by the Snapdragon 855 with RAM up to 8 GB. It has a 48-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, 8-megapixel telephoto lens for x2 (loss-less zoom) and a wide-angle lens at 124,8 °. The device runs Android Pie with MIUI 10 as operating system.
