Athens, November 14, 2022 – Today, realme, the fastest growing smartphone brand in Europe, brings its customers the realme Care+, a complete device protection for realme smartphones, with immediate availability. Customers in Europe can now sign up for the program realme Care+ from €2,99 through the relevant realme support website, within 30 days from the purchase of the device and benefit from the coverage and protection programs against damage and theft.
The realme Care+ is currently premiering in six European countries: Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic. The service is expected to be available across Europe in 2023.
Less hassle, more support
At an affordable price, the realme Care+ offers more warranty, more care and better support for realme customers.
His customers realme Care+ they'll be able to use it twice a year after purchase, covering water damage, cracked screens, liquid leaks and defective parts. Customers can subscribe to the service with a monthly subscription starting at 2,99€, which covers up to two years for a realme smartphone purchased from official retail stores, either in-store or online.
The policy will also provide global coverage with protection that remains in effect during a temporary stay abroad (eg travel). The service includes free collection and delivery of the devices for repair.
