ΣAccording to the latest information, the company's in debt 9,5 million dollars (700 million rubles) in Otkritie Bank and is on the verge of bankruptcy.
Η DRC is not only the official Russian distributor of its products Xiaomi in Russia, but is also responsible for Yi cameras, smartphones jinga and her wearables and watches Skagen. If it goes bankrupt, the aforementioned companies will have to find other resellers for their products in Russia.
The court has already saved the company from a bankruptcy application filed by another company under the name GPB Factoring for the amount 714 million rubles, because the GPB abused the case for its own benefit, seizing RDC's products before the April 21 deadline.
Also in November 2019, the DRC had to pay 201,7 million rubles of outstanding capital under a loan agreement with a company under the name Mobilidi.
The court hearing about the bank Otkritie Bank against the distribution company Retentive (RDC), is set for 15 May.
