According to information from Japan, the Qualcomm will reveal tomorrow Tuesday 24 September the new SoC.

As for the Snapdragon 865, it is said to be based on Samsung's 7nm EUV lithography. Other sources make it clear that the two versions of the SoC will be released, one of which will support 5G.
The SoC is expected to incorporate an ARM Cortex-A77 with high timing and three more Cortex-A77s at a lower frequency combined with four more Cortex-A55s. The system RAM will be taken over by the new LPDDR5 memories with transfer speed at 6.400Mbps.
