Η Xiaomi continues to expand their family POCO Smartphone, which is preparing to welcome a new member soon family M which is none other than Poco M4 5G.
Όlike most of its devices POCO, this seems to be a variation of an existing Xiaomi Smartphone with some modifications mainly in its design, so that it is ready to be officially released in the global market.
The new leaked posters show us that Poco M4 5G will have 6,58 inch LCD screen with analysis FHD + and refresh rate at 90 Hz (touch sampling rate at 240 Hz). At first glance this device seems to be similar in specifications to Poco M4 Pro 5G, but this time it will be powered by a cheaper one MediaTek SoC - the Dimensity 700 (instead of the 810).
The camera layout has about the same specifications as the Pro version - keeping the sensor at 50 MP for the main camera, but removing the UltraWide camera which was replaced with one depth sensor at 2 MP.
Also the now front Selfie camera is in 8 MP which is a degradation compared to the 16MP that the Poco M4 Pro, but at the same time it is a significant improvement over their camera 5 MP which has the similar Redmi 10 5G .
Another improvement over the corresponding Redmi Smartphone is the IP52 certification which it has, which is not enough for the device to survive in a dive, but it is enough to save it from accidental splashes of water.
The new Poco M4 5G according to information will weigh 200 grams and will have its logo printed on it POCO on the large Camera Module on the back of the device.
The device will be powered by one battery at 5.000 mAh with fast charging (eg Redmi 10 5G has 18W).
The new Poco M4 5G is expected to be released soon, however the exact date of the event is not yet known.
