The POCO X2 will become official on 4 February, and the device just appeared in new renders and to real photos.
Το POCO X2 will be the first POCO-branded device from the time it was announced POCO F1 in August 2018, and the second overall in the history of the company, which is now completely independent of Xiaomi.
To clarify a little bit the landscape that confuses many, although the names POCO and Pocophone refer to the same company & Smartphone, however the POCO used for the Indian market, while the brand Pocophone is used Global – in all other international markets.
The POCO So X2 will make its debut ONLY in India, hence the name, and we will see in the future if the company will release it in other markets (probably will).
The POCO X2 will have a lot in common with the Redmi K30 (clone 😉
If you take a look at the photos we give you in this article, you will see what its exterior design will look like POCO X2, and there is a good chance these photos are real.
What becomes apparent immediately and at first glance is how the Poco X2 will be similar in design to the Redmi K30. It basically seems to be a real clone of it.
So, the POCO X2 will be made of metal and glass, but this contradicts other information that they showed the device to have a plastic body – similar to what the POCO F1.
The cameras on the back of the device will be vertically aligned, while two front Selfie cameras will be placed under the hole of the screen that will be in the shape of a pill.
Display with refresh rate at 120Hz and Snapdragon 730G SoC
The same source also claims that the POCO X2 will have a 6.67-inch screen at 120Hz "RealityFlow Display", With the main camera being at 64MP and will be powered by Snapdragon 730G SoC as in Redmi K30.
The device will have a battery in 4.500mAh, and will have at least one variant with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
The information states that this variant with 64GB of memory will be available at the price of Rs. 18,999 in India, approx 266 dollars, which is a good value if the device specification information is verified.
Of course it MIUI 11 will come pre-installed on the device and will probably be based on the latest version Android 10.
