The subsidiary POCO of Xiaomi released the POCO F1 in India last year. The phone lacked widespread L1 support at launch, and users couldn't watch HD content on Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos.
Η company confirmed that he will consider it later confirmed that it is working with Google and Qualcomm, and plans to release an update that will bring broad L1 support to POCO F1.
Guys! You asked for it, we got it. #POCOF1 is now Widevine L1 certified. We have started rolling out an OTA update (version - 9.2.25) for beta users. Once the beta test is complete, we shall roll it in the upcoming stable updates. We really appreciate your patience.@IndiaPOCO

Yesterday Xiaomi started rolling out the v9.2.25 closed beta update to Poco F1 which enabled Widevine L1 support in the phone. Although Amazon supports HD playback after the update, its head POCOPHONE Alvin Tse confirmed that some have been unable to authenticate their devices, which could be why HD playback is still not working on Netflix.
I have no objection to go mi store to get L1 certification rather than waiting waiting and waiting with out confirmation is it possible or not & I think many will prefer same.

Since the V9.2.25 update is still in beta, it may take some time to make it available to everyone through the Stable versions. We will let you know when it is released to everyone.
