ΣIn particular, the main violations concerned arbitrary registration and charging of consumers for increased billing services provided by the company, ambiguities and inaccuracies regarding the terms of use of the provided services, inability of consumers to communicate with the Customer Service Department, non-response of the company to , as well as improper use and management of the numbers assigned to the company.
It is pointed out that, the EETT had previously carried out ex-officio checks, also taking into account consumer complaints of arbitrary charges for over-the-counter billing services19015, 19030, 19078, 54811, 54850, 54855, 54860, 54865, 54866, 54970) and held a hearing on the subject.
Η EETT continues to control the market, intervening in cases of unfair practices, in order to defend the rights of consumers.
