All stores remain open for the basic telecommunications needs of consumers COSMOTE and GERMAN nationwide.
Τa stores will operate with part-time, observing all security measures for visitors and employees, in order to serve the important communication needs of consumers during this difficult period.
Specifically:
- -Stores COSMOTE will be open daily, Monday-Wednesday from 10.00 to 16.30, Tuesday-Thursday-Friday from 10.00 to 18.00 and Saturday from 10.00 to 15.00.
- Stores GERMAN will be open Monday-Wednesday-Saturday from 10.00 to 15.00 and Tuesday-Thursday-Friday from 10.00 to 20.00.
Consumers will be able to visit the OTE Group stores only for their basic telecommunications needs. That is, for:
- Bill payments
- Airtime updates
- Appliance repairs
For product purchases or the management of their links (eg renewal of airtime, payments), consumers can use the My COSMOTE and WHAT'S UP applications, as well as its sites COSMOTE and GERMAN.
