As previously announced, the Oppo introduced the new charging system in force a few hours ago 125w for smartphones.
TThe new system will theoretically be able to charge a 4000mAh battery at 41% in 5 minutes and 100% in 20 minutes. These numbers are, however, a little smaller than hers its 120W technology Vivo (50% in 5 minutes, 100% in 15 minutes).
Η Oppo clarified that it is not ready for application in a commercial product because such a large power requires redesign of the battery, the charging cable and the charger itself in terms of safety and efficiency (not to quickly degrade the battery). The difference with the previous Dash Charge technologies of the company is also seen in the cable, because for the first time a USB-C cable will be used on both ends.

Another important announcement from the company concerns the fast wireless power charger 65W AirVooC which allows a 4000mAh battery to be fully charged in just 30 minutes. According to Oppo, technology 65W AirVooC is faster than existing wired solutions of the same power.
At the moment we do not have a clear timetable for the commercial use of new technologies.
