It seems that the rumors are confirmed, and the OnePlus is preparing to release one soon smart-band which will compete with Xiaomi's Mi Band series.
Τher new Band OnePlus was presented in a series of teasers (posters) on the official Facebook page of the company, without however revealing much information about its specifications and price.
According to the well-known Leaksters, Ishan Agarwal and Mukul Sharma, who gave us this information, the first Smart Band of OnePlus will have 1,1 inch color AMOLED screen, will support monitoring in 13 sports activities, will be waterproof with IP68 certification and autonomy in the battery that will reach 14 days.
OnePlus Smart Band will also be able to monitor sleep quality, heart rate 24/7 but also the oxygen saturation in the blood (SpO2). The OnePlus Band is expected to be priced at around 2.499 INR ($ 34 / € 27) and will be released first on January 11 in India before it became available in more markets.
Aside from the specs of the device, as you can see from the posters that were unveiled, the OnePlus Smart Band is quite similar in design to the Mi Band 5 by Xiaomi, and will be available in a wide range of colors, all with a sporty design and silicone straps.
