From 01/04/23, in all services Fixed and/or Internet and in combined services Fixed, Internet and TV, a Reconnection Fee will be applied.
The End of Reconnection it will be applied if there has been a temporary bar due to outstanding balance and will be included in the next bill after the services are reconnected.
The relevant Fee is charged as follows:
Residential subscribers:
• Fixed and/or Internet Services: 7 €
• Combined Fixed, Internet and TV Services: 7 €
Corporate subscribers:
• Fixed and/or Internet Services: 5,2 €
• Combined Fixed, Internet and TV Services: 7 €
All above prices include 24% VAT.
