H Nova, a leading provider of combined home entertainment and communication services in our country, informs that it supports its subscribers in Samos tested by the devastation caused by its earthquake Friday 30/10, proceeding with a series of actions aimed at facilitating them.
Specifically:
- There will be no blocking of Internet, telephony and television services for Nova subscribers (individuals, freelancers and small and medium-sized enterprises) due to overdue debts, until November 30.
- Subscribers who have suffered damage to their installation or equipment will be entitled, upon request, to a free visit to repair the damage and replace equipment by an authorized technician.
- Free equipment replacements and technician visits affect customers as a whole regardless of contract. In addition, they do not lead to commitment.
- Subscribers in case of relocation will not be charged the relocation fee.
- At the same time, Nova will interrupt or downgrade a program to pay-TV subscribers who report that they have suffered damage, immediately and without any charge.
Finally, the reconnection fee will NOT be charged to those pay-per-view subscribers who wish to reconnect.
