- At the same time, Nova will terminate or downgrade subscribers who report that they have suffered damage and request the termination of pay-TV services, without any charge.
- TV subscribers who contact Nova and request an interruption due to the emergency, their interruption will be done immediately and online and the planning for the end of the month will not be valid.
- Finally, the reconnection fee will NOT be charged to those pay-per-view subscribers who wish to reconnect.
