The possibility of immediate five-digit blocking numbers Multimedia Information Services (MIS), through My COSMOTE App, gives to its customers the COSMOTE, in order to protect them from unwanted high charges.
Εcompletely free, easily and quickly, through the renewed My COSMOTE App, the company's customers can block their mobile phone on their own, at any time and for as long as they wish into a all or to selected five-digit EPA numbers that charge customers for sending or receiving SMS.
Specifically, through My COSMOTE app, users can completely free of charge:
- to see on their mobile the list of all five-digit EPAs
- to do instantly block or unblock all SMS that they receive on their mobile phone with a charge at the download (eg subscription)
- to do immediately block or unblock specific five-digit numbers from which they receive or send SMS with high charge. They choose these numbers themselves from a list available in the My COSMOTE app.
The ability to block highly charged five-digit numbers through My COSMOTE App is added to the already available blocking requests provided by the company, such as online application at cosmote.gr or by phone in 13888.
