H Xiaomi has also added the new feature Smart Toolbox in its operating system (MIUI), which contains many shortcuts for the applications we have installed on our device.
Μwe can all now focus on its release MIUI 13, however MIUI 12 it still continues to be upgraded almost every week with new features and functions.
Many times the new features are provided at least at the beginning - exclusively at Chinese version of MIUI and not in the global and European version (Global & EEA).
Xiaomi has now added the new feature Smart Toolbox in its operating system, which is essentially a vertical bar that appears on the Home screen of the Smartphone, and that contains many shortcuts for the applications that we have installed on our device.
This new feature (Smart Toolbox) became available with the latest application update Security in its versions MIUI for China, and as soon as we turn it on, a folding sidebar appears on the Smartphone home screen (Home), which allows us to call a whole range of applications that we want and use more regularly, which we can even adjust according to our preferences.
It is not yet known when the new function (Smart Toolbox) will be available on Global & EEA editions of MIUI, but it is considered certain that this will happen relatively soon.
Those of you who use our Custom versions of MIUI (XTRV ROMs), it is certain that you will see this new feature in the next update that we will give you, as the Source of the ROMs that we release, comes from Chinese version of MIUI, through xiaomi.eu.

Download the new version of Security_V5.6.911028.0.1.apk (Smart Toolbox) HEREAfter installing the application on your device, all you have to do is go to Settings / Special Features / Video Tools, and then you can decide if you want to turn it on Smart Toolbox, and if you want it to appear on the left or right side of the screen.
